Dearly Beloved, the old woman is getting to the point that she may need a keeper or someone to see if she is hitting on all four cylinders soon. Forgot the settings on my truck’s AC thing and nothing was wrong with it at all. The man who now owns Texoma Fleet Repair is a VERY nice man who said that they did not have any time involved with it and they were not charging for looking at it. Was that nice or what!!

 

Michelle Malay suggested a phone call to the bone doctor’s office with some follow-up questions to satisfy my mind about whether or not the arthroscopic surgery would alleviate the pain and perhaps give me more mobility and less pain for at least a year or more before knee replacement. Not sure one year would be worth it, but maybe two for sure. Just getting rid of the pain would be worth a lot! Anyway, will call tomorrow to talk to his nurse.

 

Talked briefly with Sterling. He was happy to report that it had stopped raining and the farmers were trying to bale hay. Wish to heck someone could bale the Johnson grass in Zupkus’ pasture!! That stuff is person high and still green as anything, but we all know that it will turn brown within this next month and present a fire hazard if he does not get it cut down. Dadgumit!

 

Really don’t know much. Read some more in Matthew this morning after looking through the Torah lessons about how Christ presented himself as the Son of Man. The Jewish rabbis knew what He meant and felt he was guilty of blasphemy. But He had every right to say who He was. They had to refuse Him to fulfill prophecy is my guess. SO many things about Christ were fulfilled each day of His life.

 

The semi-restraint of Iran and Israel in their war may or may not make a difference. Then there is the son of the last leader of a so-called democracy in Iran who wants to become their leader. What will be will be in these situations, but for anyone to lob missiles in the direction of our bases just infuriates me. Have a feeling that that fury is shared by many in other countries as well, especially in Britain. We will see what happens.

 

Let us pray for President Trump and those who are helping him and for our nation and for Israel. May God protect the Christians in this world from the furies and fumes of Satan’s anger!
