Wilbourne and McCabe Plumbing.
The lavatory is now repaired and working correctly. The
shower no longer has a drip and has more water pressure—as does the lavatory
faucet. Can’t tell you how good it feels to have everything working correctly.
And it did not cost an arm and a leg besides all that. Really like that company
and the young man they sent to do the work.
Can’t tell you why the old woman is so very tired, but have
quite a few things to do tomorrow, so let’s hope all the stuff gets done and
the call made to the dog place to arrange for pickup of towels, dog beds,
harnesses, and treats for little critters. Patty is slowly but surely moving
out the stuff that she no longer needs. Roxie is a sweet little critter and
keeps her happy right now. Just hoping that Roxie makes it as long as Patty
does.
Put two chickens in the roaster today to cook for me and the
dogs. They are done, but just slipped them into the fridge so they will be cool
enough in the morning to debone. Maybe will have all the bones ready for the
trash box and have the bin across the street before the trashman gets here tomorrow.
Really ready to get the hens put up and the evening sorted
out so the old woman can get some sleep. This waking up at before sunrise-thirty
is for the birds! Of course, they say the birds’ song helps the flowers know
when to open and produce their pollen. So, there are reasons for everything in
this world. Like listening to the music of the stars in the heavens, we know
that everything praises God in song and light. It makes me feel joyous to know
that His creation loves Him. Can we possibly do less?
Rest well, my friends. You are loved.
